Delish Dinner: "No Peek" Chicken

This is one fast and easy dinner to whip up.  Plus, it's good.  Perfect for those busy days or those days when the baby won’t let you put him down.  Plus it only has 5 ingredients and takes only one dish!
That’s what I’m talkin about- the less dishes the better!

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 lb. chicken breast
1 box of Uncle Beans Wild Rice
1 ½ cans of water

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a greased 9x13 dish mix mushroom soup, celery soup, water, rice and spices.

Arrange the raw chicken on top of the mixture.

Cover completely with foil.

Stick it in the oven and bake for about 1 hour 45 minutes.

Don’t PEEK!

Can't get much easier right?

I was a happy camper when I found this recipe!

  1. I had seen a similar recipe with white rice, I like this version much better with the wild rice. Thanks

  2. What spices did you add? Just S&P, or was there anything specific?

    1. Tasha,
The spices are actually in a packet that's in the box of Wild Rice.
