So, I promised you this super easy delicious cornbread recipe yesterday and here it is!
2 cups Bisquick
1/2 cup butter
6 Tbsp. cornmeal
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup milk
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Put all of the dry ingredients (bisquick, cornmeal, and sugar) in a medium bowl.
Melt the butter and then mix all of the wet ingredients (egg, milk, and butter) in a large measuring cup or small bowl.
Add to the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Pour mix into a 9x9 glass dish or pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve up with dinner! I made this with my taco stuffed shells.
